- The microchip ID column only displays when searching by microchip ID and displays instead of the vaccine tag.
- Client and Patient ID field drop-down lists, display the list of recently accessed records. The number of records displayed is based on client and patient defaults.
- The last accessed record displays when opening any of the search windows, based on the ‘use most recent’ client and patient default settings.
- Patient list details are based on patient defaults: Display breed, owner name; show trainer and barn.
- Clicking the client icon displays only owners with a percentage of ownership. Secondary names on client accounts display with the ‘double client’ icon.

- Search patient names with the first letters of client last name using a comma.
Example: Roxy, ca would return all patients named Roxy that are owned by clients whose last names start with ca. - Search patients by breed by using the Search Clients and Patients tool.
- Include inactives when searching, before adding a new client/patient to avoid duplicate records.
