Core improvements and updates

This upgrade includes essential updates to both the core of Cornerstone and the infrastructure supporting system integrations. These improvements ensure greater reliability today and ensure continued support for future capabilities.
Resolved an intermittent force close of Cornerstone when navigating outside of Cornerstone then right-clicking in Cornerstone.

New features/enhancements included in this release

Keyword searching for breed.
IDEXX Reference Laboratories result import improvements that enhance reliability, ensure greater consistency, and strengthen the overall stability of lab data integrations
3 new additions for Vello:
- A new toolbar icon
- An SMS link on the Patient Clipboard
- A View Unconfirmed appointments link on the Appointment Scheduler
Document features:
- When using Correspondence linked to Word documents, if no bookmarks are present, the document now opens without additional messaging.
- When opening LifeLearn documents (or other Word-linked documents), the Microsoft Word document now opens in front of Cornerstone.
Enhanced reports features:
- The Patient History and Check-In Reports will now print the description entered by the user for prescriptions. (Example: RXOUT/Prescriptions to an outside pharmacy.)
- Special characters can now be used in the saved search criteria title.
- Enhanced sort, filter, and find functionality available for End of Period (High/Low Client Sales and End of Month (EOM) Year to Date (YTD)), Client Prompts, and Client Master reports.
Integrated Payments improvements:
- Subscribers to Integrated payments integrated card processing can use Card on File, which allows you to save a customer card safely and securely for taking future payments on the client’s account without the client being present with the card. Improved third party integration with Zoetis. If interested in this new feature after upgrading, please reach out to your local Zoetis representative to learn more and request training.
Whiteboard stability improvements.
Quicker response times when using the Whiteboard, Patient Orders, and Patient Treatments.
New in-app help and support so that we can share announcements such as upcoming events and availability of new features.
System infrastructure and integration updates, ensuring greater reliability.

Resolved issues

When returning to the main Whiteboard window, in some scenarios where the data did not align, Cornerstone will now direct the user to close and reopen the Whiteboard instead of forcing the close of Cornerstone.
Resolved an intermittent force close of Cornerstone when navigating outside of Cornerstone then right-clicking in Cornerstone.
Reduced the occurrence of Error 2 when the Appointment Scheduler refreshes. Information is now logged without interrupting the user’s activities.
Resolved issues where image comments were appearing on incorrect patient images.
Current weight bookmark now populates correctly when other Vital Signs from the same day have been entered.
Error 15 no longer displays intermittently when adding an image to a document. Information is now logged without interrupting the user’s activities.
An error no longer displays intermittently when invoicing an invoice item with a document special action (information is now logged without interrupting the user’s activities).
Document special action is now handled properly on invoice items that have both a lab request and print document special action.
When adding an image request item to the PVL or Invoice, with modality type and description, all fields are populated appropriately.
IDEXX Reference Laboratories results that showed as “RMSF PCR” will now show correctly as “Rickettsia.”
Integrated payments now appear correctly in the General Ledger batch and EOD/EOM reports.
