Practice Defaults: Practice Logo

Practice defaults allow you to upload a practice logo. The logo can be printed on estimates, invoices and monthly statements.

Before you start

  • Security access to Defaults – Practice and Document Template list dialogs
  • Certificate document set up
  • Logo image file in BMP, GIF, JPG or JPEG format

Setup Practice Defaults:

  1. Controls > Defaults > Practice and Workstation > Practice
  2. Practice Logo – Select/Confirm the applicable practice from the practice drop-down list.
    • You can use a different logo image for each practice if your practice has MLSD enabled.
  3. Click Browse to find and select the graphic file.
    • Supported file types: BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG.
    • The maximum recommended size for a practice logo is 484 pixels by 125 pixels.
  4. If selected image too large, a notice will display. To close the notice, click OK.
    • Click Clear to remove previously added logo, if needed.
  5. Click Apply to save your changes and continue setting defaults or click OK to save your changes and close the window.
